Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to Said It Beauty, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Said It Beauty is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delivery delays
  • Carrier errors

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@saiditbeauty.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package and product
  • A description of the issue

We will review the claim and work with you to resolve the situation.
